On-site car parking for this event is on sale now. We encourage all customers to book parking as soon as possible as our car park always sells out on this event.

You can only purchase your exclusive official Disney tour merchandise inside the venue from stands located on each concourse once the venue opens and by CARD ONLY. Any merchandise sold outside the venue is not official, quality assured or guaranteed and in some instances may not be allowed into the venue.

Issue with any Disney On Ice merchandise you have purchased at the Arena? - Simply email your contact details, show, venue and performance time, along with a full description/image of your item to the Disney Quality Assurance team on QA@feldinc.com

Only food & drink purchased in the venue can be consumed in the Arena - an empty refillable plastic bottle can be brought into the venue (no more than 500ml) but no other food or drink is permitted.

All bags larger than 30cm wide x 40cm long x 20cm deep (approx. A3 sized) are strictly prohibited.

Rucksacks/Backpacks are not permitted and there is no facility to store prohibited items.

Our new Evolv Technology AI security screening system is now in use. There’s no need to remove items from your pockets. The scanners are safe for everyone, including those with medical conditions.

We recommend that you arrive as close to the doors open time as you can and keep the items that you bring with you to a minimum as this will delay your entry. Large bags, food & drink are not permitted into the venue - more information on safety & security and the Evolv screening system can be found on the link below...
