If you have booked one of our Premium Experiences please ensure you read all of the information sent to your email address from our Premium Team.
Utilita Arena Club Experience – Make your way to your dedicated entrance at the far end of the RED concourse where you see an illuminated sign above the entrance to the Arena Club. Please DO NOT join any other queues!
Utilita VIP Lounge Premium Upgrade – Please make your way externally, to the end of the BLUE CONCOURSE doors (opposite the tram stop). DO NOT join any of the queues on the concourses. The Utilita Lounge entrance has an illuminated sign above the doors.
Club 91 Experience – Please make your way externally, to the end of the RED CONCOURSE doors. DO NOT join any of the queues on the concourses. The Arena Club entrance has an illuminated sign above the doors.
FloorSeat+ Experience – Please come to ENTRANCE B and join the queue for the floor access point. DO NOT follow the instructions on your ticket asking you to access the venue via the blue, green or red concourses and please DO NOT join any of the queues.
The Sky’s Edge North & South - Please make your way to Entrance B for Sky's Edge North or Entrance C for Sky's Edge South, access the venue by travelling through the security screening scanners, up the stairs where the digital tickets you have already received will be scanned to enter the venue. Once you have entered the venue, please enter any doors into the main auditorium then when in the main hall please look for the black and silver signage that says THE SKY’S EDGE SOUTH OR NORTH (depending on your ticket) and make your way up the stairs of the second tier (block numbers in the 200's) to your seats.
