All bags larger than 30cm wide x 40cm long x 20cm deep (approx. A3 sized) are strictly prohibited.

Rucksacks/Backpacks are not permitted and there is no facility to store prohibited items.

If you have booked one of our Superstar Hospitality Experiences please ensure you read all of the information sent to your email address from our Premium Team.

Utilita VIP Lounge Premium Upgrade is accessed through the dedicated external VIP entrance at the end of the Blue Concourse next to the Supertram entrance.

Utilita Arena Club Experience is accessed through the dedicated external VIP Entrance at the end of the Red Concourse.

Superstar Suites 304 - 316 are accessed through Entrance B and Superstar Suites 317 - 330 through Entrance C.

Club 91 Experience - Come to the Utilita Lounge/Steel & Stars Marquee located at the last set of doors at the bottom of the Blue Concourse next to the Supertram entrance at 5:45pm. 

Floorseat+ Experience - Come to Entry B at 6pm and show the steward your tickets.

You can purchase official tour merchandise inside the venue from stands on Red & Blue concourses once the venue opens.

Please Note: Merch stands are CARD ONLY

Only food & drink purchased in the venue can be consumed in the Arena - an empty refillable plastic bottle can be brought into the venue (no more than 500ml) but no other food or drink is permitted.
