On-site car parking for this event is on sale now. We encourage all customers to book parking as soon as possible as our car park always sells out on this event.

All bags larger than 30cm wide x 40cm long x 20cm deep (approx. A3 sized) are strictly prohibited.

Rucksacks/Backpacks are not permitted and there is no facility to store prohibited items.




There are payable luggage storage locations based at Premier Inn Hotels both near the Arena and Meadowhall. More information here 

We recommend that you arrive as close to the doors open time as you can and keep the items that you bring with you to a minimum as this will delay your entry. Large bags, food & drink are not permitted into the venue - more information on safety & security can be found on the link below...

If you have booked one of our Superstar Hospitality Experiences please ensure you read all of the information sent to your email address from our Premium Team.

Utilita VIP Lounge Premium Upgrade is accessed through the dedicated external VIP entrance at the end of the Blue Concourse next to the Supertram entrance.

Utilita Arena Club Experience is accessed through the dedicated external VIP Entrance at the end of the Red Concourse.

Superstar Suites 304 - 316 are accessed through Entrance B and Superstar Suites 317 - 330 through Entrance C.

Club91 - To Utilita Lounge/Steel & Stars Marquee at 5:15pm - access the last set of doors at the bottom of the Blue Concourse next to the Supertram entrance.

Only food & drink purchased in the venue can be consumed in the Arena - an empty refillable plastic bottle can be brought into the venue (no more than 500ml) but no other food or drink is permitted.
