Utilita Arena Club Experience – Our Arena Club doors open at 5.30pm, please aim to arrive for this time to give you enough time to enjoy your food and drink. Make your way to your dedicated entrance at the far end of the RED concourse where you see an illuminated sign above the entrance to the Arena Club. Please DO NOT join any other queues!
Utilita VIP Lounge Premium Upgrade – The Utilita doors for this experience open at 6pm. Please make your way externally, to the end of the BLUE CONCOURSE doors (opposite the tram stop). DO NOT join any of the queues on the concourses. The Utilita Lounge entrance has an illuminated sign above the doors.
Suites 304-316 – The entrance to suites 305-316 is located at ENTRY B which is signposted outside the building. Doors to the suites open at 6pm. Please look for the pink sign that states suites and accessible queue and join this line. Please take the lift from here to the suite level.
Suites 317-330 - The entrance to suites 317-330 is located at ENTRY C which is signposted outside the building. Doors to the suites open at 6pm. Please look for the pink sign that states suites and accessible queue and join this line. Please take the lift from here to the suite level.
The Sky’s Edge North & South - Our doors open at 1pm. Please make your way to entrance C, access the venue by travelling through the security screening scanners, up the stairs where the digital tickets you have already received will be scanned to enter the venue. Once you have entered the venue, please enter any doors into the main auditorium. Once inside please look for the black and silver signage that says THE SKY’S EDGE SOUTH OR NORTH (depending on your ticket) and make your way up the stairs to your seats.

Our new Evolv Technology AI security screening system is now in use. There’s no need to remove items from your pockets. The scanners are safe for everyone, including those with medical conditions.

Only food & drink purchased in the venue can be consumed in the Arena - an empty refillable plastic bottle can be brought into the venue (no more than 500ml) but no other food or drink is permitted.
