From June 2025 our new Security Screening scanners will be in use to search everyone entering the venue in real-time by the use of AI technology. There is no need to remove belongings from your pockets or bags unless an enhanced search is required.
All guests should pass through the scanners that are located outside Entrances B & C on the ground floor - once you successfully pass through these checks you are cleared to enter the venue and proceed up the stairs where you will be directed by the stewards to the doors along the red, green or blue concourses, or if required the lifts at Entrances B/C.
THERE IS NO CAR PARK ACCESS OR QUEUING UNTIL CAR PARK & BOX OFFICE OPEN
On-site car parking for this event will be on sale from Wednesday 20th August at 10am - free alternative parking has been arranged with Meadowhall. Further information available below in Alternative Parking.

Backpacks are not permitted and there is no facility to store prohibited items.
Bags that can be worn on the back must not exceed 30cm wide x 20cm long x 20cm deep (approx. A4 sized).

Video Cameras
Video equipment and SLR cameras with removable large lenses are prohibited in the
arena. Please bring binoculars so you can spot your child in the choir.
Our new Evolv Technology AI security screening system is now in use. There’s no need to remove items from your pockets. The scanners are safe for everyone, including those with medical conditions.

Only food & drink purchased in the venue can be consumed in the Arena - an empty refillable plastic bottle can be brought into the venue (no more than 500ml) but no other food or drink is permitted.
