Mobile tickets can be downloaded straight to your phone, removing the need to print or search through your emails whilst waiting in line.

Part of this process is looking at how we deliver tickets and reducing the number of points of contact between the venue and customers in the distribution and collection of tickets and how they are used to enter and move around the building.

By removing post and collection options for all online purchases (currently on all seated tickets at the Arena and every City Hall event) we reduce traffic to the Box Office.
