If you lose something at an event and are still at the venue please either report this to a showsec steward or visit our information desk on the Green Concourse.
If you have left the venue please email Customer Services firstname.lastname@example.org and they can check and come back to you.
The venue is not open 24/7 and it may be several days after an event before staff are back in the venue to check.
Lost items are held for a maximum of eight weeks - dependent upon the item and hygiene after which time they are given to a local charity.
