All the info to help make your journey to the venue hassle free
A running order & security advice is published on the event page several days in advance of the show - we always recommend you check this information & plan your journey to arrive as close to the doors-open time.
Please plan your journey by using the tools provided in this section and using the links provided.
Should you wish to park in our on-site car parks we recommend you purchase your parking ticket in advance to guarantee on-site hassle free parking - this is available by either clicking on the buy tickets link or selecting pre-book car park tickets from the drop down in the event page that you are attending - further info available in the drop down section below, click select and chose On site Parking.
Nearly 1,000 on-site car parking spaces are available in Car Parks A & B.
All our car parks are cashless - we strongly recommend anyone wishing to park on site at the venue book their tickets in advance. Pre-paid onsite parking is available online until the day of the event and are purchased by clicking on the book tickets option or selecting the pre-book on site parking from the drop down in the event you are attending, then if not already sold-out in advance, parking tickets may be purchased on the day by card - no cash accepted.
For further information on event day & non-event day parking charges simply select these options from the drop down in this section.
Once you have purchased your car park ticket, on the day of the event you can usually access the Arena car park from 4pm & leave at any time unless otherwise stated on your ticket - given the recent change in security procedures no access will be allowed to the either the venue or the on-site car parks until 4pm (if shows have a morning or matinee start time the time you can access the venue & the car parks will stated on this web site on the show page of the event you are attending).
On arrival you will be directed by the car-park attendant to the next available parking space - please follow their direction. When a show has more than one performance a day then a parking ticket will state a time that you can access the car park from and a time that you must leave the car park by. This is to ensure that customers attending the earlier or later show performances are able to access the Arena car park. Please note the ticket is valid for one admission only and will not allow re-admittance once you leave the car park.
The car park ticket is only valid between the times on the ticket & you must adhere to the times stated – penalty charges displayed throughout the car park will be enforced on all cars parking outside these times.
There will be no access to the venue car parks without a valid car parking ticket or parking permit and anyone arranging to drop-off, meet or pick-up someone from an event at the venue must do so away from the Arena and the car parks. We understand this can be inconvenient but is a necessary measure for the security of everyone coming to the venue. Our car parking staff will make every effort to offer a suitable drop-off location but this is based on the traffic conditions at the time of your arrival and may not always be possible.
