Guaranteed Great Seats - 2 seats will be held for you for 28 days from on-sale for all events at the Arena. The seats will be in fantastic close proximity to the stage. You will have the flexibility to purchase your seats for the events of your choice – you are not required to buy tickets for all events. There will also be no additional booking fees on your tickets.

Access to the Utilita Lounge exclusively for VIP Members - Access to this exclusive hospitality area with private pay bar allows you and your guests to socialise & enjoy refreshments in a relaxed environment throughout the evening.

Early Entry/Dedicated Entrance/Late Bar - You will be granted entry to the Utilita VIP Members Lounge through a dedicated entrance 30 minutes prior to doors opening to the general public. The bar will also stay open to members for 30 minutes after the event allowing you to relax and avoid the hustle and bustle of the car park.

Reserved Car Parking - Complimentary car parking for all shows you attend.

Transferable Membership - Membership is transferable which means even if you are not attending personally, you can offer your place to family, friends, colleagues or clients.

Email Alerts - We will email you with information of any upcoming shows as soon as we are permitted to do so, making sure you are one of the first to know about the event.

The new price for our Superstar membership scheme is £750 + VAT (£900 inc. VAT), to commence from the 1st January 2022, in line with our Heart Membership scheme changing. We are now proud to say we have a 5-year naming partnership with Utilita - you will therefore no longer be a Heart member, but a Superstar!
