Whether this is your first ever game or you are a regular visitor at the House of Steel please ensure you read all the game-day information & guidelines as these can differ with updates right up to doors open time - please always check before you travel & follow our socials for any updates.
From June 2025 our new Security Screening scanners will be in use to search everyone entering the venue in real-time by the use of AI technology. There is no need to remove belongings from your pockets or bags unless an enhanced search is required.
All guests should pass through the scanners that are located outside Entrances B & C on the ground floor - once you successfully pass through these checks you are cleared to enter the venue and proceed up the stairs where you will be directed by the stewards to the doors along the red, green or blue concourses, or if required the lifts at Entrances B/C.
Ticket prices for the 2025/26 season are confirmed below:-
Adult: £23.50
Concession (Student, Senior Citizen, Registered Disabled): £19
Child (16 and Under): £11.50
Under 5’s are free of charge & are required to obtain a ticket in person from the box office - these free Under 5 tickets are only available on the second tier if you require a ticket on the first tier than you must purchase a child ticket.
On £13 fixtures all tickets are the same price with no further discounts or free tickets for Under 5's on these fixtures.
If you are purchasing a discounted concessionary ticket please have the relevant ID/documentation and present this when requested.
Car park opens 3 hours ahead of face-off time
Arena counter sales open - Box Office opens 3 hours ahead of face-off
Arena counter sales close - Box Office closes at the end of the first period
Doors open 60 minutes ahead of face-off
Timings vary each fixture so just click on the link below and select the game you are attending to view the fixture face-off time and opening times of the car park
All season ticket holders have their own dedicated Club & Entrance into the Arena - located in the Arena Club at the end of the external Red Concourse where you enter through the red doors which has illuminated Arena Club signage above the doors.
For the upcoming 2025/26 season Season Ticket Holders who access the Arena Club should pass through the AI Security Screening scanners at Entry B and then proceed up the the stairs and along the red concourse to your usual Arena Club doors.
This exclusive 2025/26 season ticket holders’ entrance will also give access to the Utilita Arena Club, the main features include:
- Access is not guaranteed - space allocated on a first arrive basis until the room reaches capacity
- Access 90 minutes before face-off
- You can leave the Arena Club to access your seats in the auditorium once the doors to the venue open - 60 minutes before face-off
- Arena Club is open during the two period breaks but not after the game
- Street food and drinks will be exclusively available in the Arena Club
- Season Ticket holders can continue to use the dedicated entrance to gain access to the venue even when the Arena Club is full you just won’t be able to access the Arena Club until space becomes available
- Season Ticket holders who require lift access to the Season Ticket Lounge can do so from Entry B as soon as the Lounge opens - 90 minutes ahead of face off
- Season Ticket holders who are coming to the game and don't want to access the lounge can still enter the venue through any of the concourse doors which open 60 minutes before face off
THERE IS NO CAR PARK ACCESS OR QUEUING UNTIL CAR PARK & BOX OFFICE OPEN
On-site car parking for all Sheffield Steelers events can be pre booked in advance priced £10.
If available pay on the day on site car parking is priced £14 - pay by card on entry.

Superstar Suites suites 304 - 316 are accessed through Entrance B and Suites 317 - 330 through Entrance C. Access to the suites is available 90 minutes ahead of face-off.

Only food & drink purchased in the venue can be consumed in the Arena - an empty refillable plastic bottle can be brought into the venue (no more than 500ml) but no other food or drink is permitted.

All bags larger than 30cm wide x 40cm long x 20cm deep (approx. A3 sized) are strictly prohibited.
Rucksacks/Backpacks are not permitted and there is no on-site facility to store prohibited items.
Bags that can be worn on the back must not exceed 30cm wide x 20cm long x 20cm deep (approx. A4 sized).

We recommend that you arrive as close to the doors open time as you can and keep the items that you bring with you to a minimum as this will delay your entry. Large bags, food & drink are not permitted into the venue.

Our new Evolv Technology AI security screening system is now in use. There’s no need to remove items from your pockets. The scanners are safe for everyone, including those with medical conditions.

More InfoAnyone that has any medical issue and requires water, a type of drink i.e. lucozade, food for diabetics or children with allergies or medicine etc are advised to contact Customer Services on our website prior to attending. Once we are aware we can then make provision in advance of your attendance.
Email UsSigns, posters are allowed. We check the sign to make sure there are no abusive messages on them. Regarding size, we just ask that they don't obstruct anyone's view and that all the poles and sticks are removed from them (if over 12")
These are all allowed. Bag will be searched as per our normal procedures.
Children's Tablets/Ipads can be brought into the venue on this event but laptops are not permitted.
Recording is not allowed and if the use of these items effects the event or those around you may be asked to stop your child using.
