All you need to know for The Sheffield Steelers 2025/26 Season
Whether this is your first ever game or you are a regular visitor at the House of Steel please ensure you read all the game-day information & guidelines as these can differ with updates right up to doors open time - please always check before you travel & follow our socials for any updates.
Ticket prices for the 2025/26 season are confirmed - prices below:-
Adult: £23.50
Concession (Student, Senior Citizen, Registered Disabled): £19
Child (16 and Under): £11.50
Under 5’s are free of charge & are required to obtain a ticket in person from the box office - these free Under 5 tickets are only available on the second tier if you require a ticket on the first tier than you must purchase a child ticket
On £13 fixtures all tickets are the same price no further discounts or free tickets for Under 5's on these fixtures.
If you are purchasing a discounted concessionary ticket please have the relevant ID/documentation and present this when requested.
Car park opens 3 hours ahead of face-off time
Arena counter sales open - Box Office opens 3 hours ahead of face-off
Arena counter sales close - Box Office closes at the end of the first period
Doors open 60 minutes ahead of face-off
Timings vary each fixture so just click on the link below and select the game you are attending to view the fixture face-off time and opening times of the car park
For Sheffield Steelers Ice Hockey fixtures advanced tickets for cars are priced £10. If not sold-out and space available on a match day parking tickets are priced £14 and can only be purchased at the car park entrance on arrival by card on a first come first served basis.
For all other events parking tickets are £17.50, whether purchased in advance or, if available, upon entry to the car park. If you don't purchase your parking at the time of booking your event tickets, dependent upon the delivery method you choose there may be a fulfilment fee.
We only accept card payment at the venue.

Below is a list of items that are not allowed into the venue. The prohibited items list below is not exclusive and other items can be classed as prohibited on a show so please always check before you travel.
We strongly recommend you keep any items you bring with you to an absolute minimum and leave these at home or in the car - if the stewards tell you that you can't bring an item into the venue you will need to make alternative arrangements as we don't have storage facilities at the venue.
- Flammable liquids in any container
- Any liquids of more than 100ml*
- Masks and helmets
- Glass, cans, aluminium bottles or thermoses of any kind (small perfume bottle of less than 100 ml will be permitted) *
- Laser pens/pointers
- Large/golf umbrellas
- Knives or weapons of any kind (constructed or adapted articles)
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Alcoholic beverages
- Large studs and chains
- Fireworks, smoke bombs, flares, confetti or glitter bombs or sprays
- Aerosol cans (hairspray, mace pepper spray etc.) Small travel size aerosol cans less than 100ml are permitted
- Any concealed or wrapped packages of which the contents cannot be examined
- Rucksacks/Backpacks, luggage & large bags
- Video equipment, professional cameras, laptops, Ipads & Go Pro
- Signs, banners, balloons, flags on poles or selfie sticks - poles with/without any attached items can not be any longer than 1 foot
- Anything else which we deem to ruin the enjoyment or viewing experience of others or otherwise stipulated by the promoter or organiser
It is a criminal offence to bring smoke bombs, flares & fireworks into the venue.
* Patrons with accessible and medical requirements/equipment will be considered on an individual basis but we encourage you to contact the venue in advance for ease of entry - click here to contact us.
All season ticket holders have their own dedicated Club & Entrance into the Arena - located in the Arena Club at the end of the external Red Concourse where you enter through the red doors which has illuminated Arena Club signage above the doors.
For the upcoming 2025/26 season Season Ticket Holders who access the Arena Club should pass through the AI Security Screening scanners at Entry B and then proceed up the the stairs and along the red concourse to your usual Arena Club doors.
Entrance to the venue is via the external stairs which take you up to the concourse - for customers that require assistance with stairs there are lifts located on the ground floor Entries B & C plus an external ramp located Blue side of the building close to Entry C.
For the upcoming 2025/26 season Season Ticket Holders who access the Arena Club should pass through the AI Security Screening scanners at Entry B and then proceed up the stairs and along the red concourse to your usual Arena Club doors.
If you realise that you have lost something during your visit to the Arena whilst you are still inside the arena, please go to the Information Point on Green Concourse and report the item which has been lost. If the item isn't here then your details will be taken and we will contact you if the item is handed in.
If you have left the event and realise you have lost an item email us lostproperty@sheffieldarena.com
Lost property is held at the Arena for 1 month after which time is then donated to local charities.
