Our Security Screening scanners will be in use to search everyone entering the venue in real-time by the use of AI technology. There is no need to remove belongings from your pockets or bags unless an enhanced search is required.

All guests should pass through the scanners that are located outside Entrances B & C on the ground floor - once you successfully pass through these checks you are cleared to enter the venue and proceed up the stairs where you will be directed by the stewards to the doors along the red, green or blue concourses, or if required the lifts at Entrances B/C.

Ticket prices for the 2026/27 season are confirmed below:-

Adult: £26.50
Concession (Student, Senior Citizen, Registered Disabled): £21.95​
Child (16 and Under): £11.50

Under 2’s are free of charge & are required to obtain a ticket in person from the box office - these free Under 2 tickets are only available on the second tier (blocks 207-214) if you require a ticket on the first tier than you must purchase a child ticket 

On £13 fixtures all tickets are the same price no further discounts or free tickets for Under 2's on these fixtures.

If you are purchasing a discounted concessionary ticket please have the relevant ID/documentation and present this when requested.

Following the Arena's recent front-of-house improvements, the pre-game lounge is now located in Nova, a modern hospitality space designed to enhance the matchday experience.

Nova offers:

• Ground floor access via Entrance C

• Step-free access with no stairs or lifts required

• Entry from 90 minutes before face-off, providing access 30 minutes before general admission

• Food and drinks available to purchase before every home game

• A relaxed space for Season Ticket Holders to meet before the game

Ahead of each home fixture, Associate Coach Carter Beston-Will will once again join supporters in Nova to provide his thoughts on the evening's opposition, discuss the team's preparations and answer questions before the Steelers take to the ice.

Nova provides the perfect setting for Season Ticket Holders to meet friends, enjoy refreshments and soak up the pre-game atmosphere before every home fixture.

THERE IS NO CAR PARK ACCESS OR QUEUING UNTIL CAR PARK & BOX OFFICE OPEN

On-site car parking for all Sheffield Steelers events can be pre booked in advance priced £14.

If available pay on the day on site car parking is priced £17.50 - pay by card on entry.

Superstar Suites suites 304 - 316 are accessed through Entrance B and Suites 317 - 330 through Entrance C. Access to the suites is available 90 minutes ahead of face-off.

Only food & drink purchased in the venue can be consumed in the Arena - an empty refillable plastic bottle can be brought into the venue (no more than 500ml) but no other food or drink is permitted.

All bags larger than 30cm wide x 40cm long x 20cm deep (approx. A3 sized) are strictly prohibited.

Rucksacks/Backpacks are not permitted and there is no on-site facility to store prohibited items.

Bags that can be worn on the back must not exceed 30cm wide x 20cm long x 20cm deep (approx. A4 sized).

Our new Evolv Technology AI security screening system is now in use. There’s no need to remove items from your pockets. The scanners are safe for everyone, including those with medical conditions.

Anyone that has any medical issue and requires water, a type of drink i.e. lucozade, food for diabetics or children with allergies or medicine etc are advised to contact Customer Services on our website prior to attending. Once we are aware we can then make provision in advance of your attendance.

Signs, posters are allowed.  We check the sign to make sure there are no abusive messages on them.  Regarding size, we just ask that they don't obstruct anyone's view and that all the poles and sticks are removed from them (if over 12") 

These are all allowed.  Bag will be searched as per our normal procedures. 

Children's Tablets/Ipads can be brought into the venue on this event but laptops are not permitted.

Recording is not allowed and if the use of these items effects the event or those around you may be asked to stop your child using.
